Requirements

• Healthcare Benefits Consulting Leadership: 10+ years leading benefit consulting teams focused on the large/jumbo employer clients with deep relationships and strong credibility across 1 or more of the top 3 national firms. • Influence Client Points of View and Decisions: with a thoughtful, data driven perspective, supported by real-life experiences. • Experience in consultative sales or business development • Bachelor's degree required
