Description

• Assist in establishing the business consulting practice. • Partner with the Five9 Sales and Services Organizations. • Foster value with business executives. • Benchmark existing operations and business value models. • Conduct interviews and facilitate workshops. • Collect and analyze relevant customer data. • Document and present findings and recommendations. • Seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction. • Establish and maintain lines of communication with internal stakeholders. • Work with Marketing and Product Managers.

Requirements

• Education - Bachelors or Equivalent Experience • 10+ Years of experience required • Extensive on-site and web-based presentation experience and skills • Exemplary verbal, written and presentation skills • Previous consulting experience required • Contact Center practical and management experience in operational and/or technical disciplines • Finance and Healthcare vertical experience strongly preferred • Ability to Travel (40-60%)
