📋 Description
• We are looking for a Finance Lead to oversee and lead our financial strategy and operations. • In this role, you will oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. • You will work closely with the executive team to ensure financial health and compliance, driving strategic initiatives to support our mission.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with a focus on financial management or controllership. • Proven experience in B2B SaaS or tech startup environments is preferred. • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, standards, and best practices. • Proficiency in financial software and tools, with experience in financial modeling and analysis. • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus. • Ideally based in the Philippines or another non-US location.
