Description

• Serve as the project coordinator for multiple applied research and evaluation projects • Manage Smartsheet project management systems to monitor project timelines, tasks, and deliverables • Support the project team by coordinating meetings, maintaining project schedules in Smartsheet, tracking progress, and providing status updates • Distribute communication between project team members, clients, and partners to ensure workflow remains on schedule • Schedule and coordinate site visits, external meetings, and conferences • Draft correspondence with clients and partners • Facilitate and participate in meetings as appropriate • Collaborate with team members and assist with fieldwork preparations • Engage with clients and partners, supporting coordination and communication with advisory groups and other external partners • Conduct surveys online using Alchemer, including skip logic • Track response rates and manage survey campaigns, including quality assurance surveys • Conduct literature reviews and support researchers by finding and downloading research articles • Partner with contractors on research-related tasks, such as sending recordings to transcription services and data collection protocols to translation services • Perform other related administrative duties as needed, including transcription, editing, proofing, formatting, note taking, and scheduling and travel support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 3+ years of project management experience • Excellent communication and collaborative skills • Experience and comfort collaborating with professional colleagues and clients • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience with online survey software and applications desired • Experience with Smartsheet or similar project management tools
