• Have a strong strategic mindset • Are self-directed and proactive • Are excited to innovate and develop new programs • Are data-driven and resourceful • Are an experienced leader • Are a skilled relationship builder and communicator • Thrive in a dynamic environment • Deeply understand EA principles • Have a proven track record of developing and executing programs (preferred) • Strong familiarity with EA university groups (preferred) • Have practical experience in leading high-impact projects (preferred)
