Description
• Act as a technical seller supporting sales team with expertise. • Design and position services and technology solutions to meet client needs. • Develop relationships with clients and engage in value-added conversations. • Lead discovery calls to gather insights for proposals and costs. • Support sales team by providing technical knowledge during opportunity calls. • Elevate company’s brand through social platforms and presentations.
Requirements
• Hands-on architecture/engineering experience and expertise in Microsoft and data center solutions. • Prior work experience in consulting/architecture preferred. • Relevant experience in developing scopes of work, presales engineering and customer engagement. • Strong writing, presentation, influencing and communications skills with acute attention to detail and excellence. • Willingness to go above and beyond to ensure complete customer satisfaction. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused, dynamic environment.
