Description

• oversee and drive strategic initiatives across the Digital product portfolio • develop and implement program management strategies that support organization goals • lead and mentor a team of technical program managers and project coordinators • oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multiple programs • collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define program requirements • identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies • establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress • continuously evaluate and enhance eHealth’s processes and tools • spend ~70% of the time working hands-on on special projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred • 7+ years of experience in program or project management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role • proven track record of managing large-scale programs and driving organizational change • strong understanding of project management methodologies and proficiency in project management software and tools • excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills • strong ability to lead and inspire teams while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Preferred: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), proficiency in various project management tools – MS Office, Atlassian
