• Lead and manage 4+ teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. • Oversee and manage all contract activities through detailed project plans. • Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders for project success. • Monitor program execution and implement corrective actions as needed. • Manage project resources to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget. • Create and deliver a range of documentation and visual materials. • Generate monthly project status reports and prepare budget summaries. • Handle configuration management planning. • Lead multiple supportive teams managing tasks, performance, and issue escalation. • Develop and implement training materials to enhance team skills.
• US Citizenship. • Active or prior clearance at the Public Trust or above. • IRS, Department of Treasury, or DHS ICE clearance preferred. If prior, must be within the last 2 years. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Equivalent experience will be considered. • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. • Certified Scrum Master (CSM). • 12+ years of relevant experience in an enterprise software development environment. • 8+ years of project management experience within Agile software development. • Demonstrated experience managing 4+ contractor teams, each consisting of at least 10 personnel, in support of Federal clients. • Proficiency with requirements tools and tracking systems, specifically JIRA, and experience developing and managing program schedules using project management software. • Extensive experience in Government contracting, with strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively. • Experience in continuous risk assessment and management, configuration management, and developing metrics and reports to track program execution and performance.
