Description

• Designing, implementing, and managing solutions aligned with business needs • Work with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and align with best practices • Collaborate with departments to identify business problems and propose solutions • Conduct meetings with stakeholders for solution alignment • Provide training and support to end-users • Develop automated workflows to streamline processes • Create custom applications for specific business needs • Stay updated with Microsoft suite technologies • Manage projects from inception to completion • Create detailed project plans and documentation • Conduct thorough testing of solutions • Optimize existing solutions for better performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • 10+ years relevant experience • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role • Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Automate, Power Applications, PowerBI and VBA • Strong experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Azure • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines • Certification in Microsoft Power Platform preferred • Proficiency in designing and developing business applications • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of business processes • Experience with database management and integration • Excellent project management skills including planning, execution, and monitoring
