Description

• NetX is a leading provider of DAM software for museums, archives, and universities. • Responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the foundational infrastructure. • Ensure product and services are robust, scalable, and efficient. • Build tools for internal and external stakeholders. • Practical knowledge of Linux, AWS, networking, and containerization essential. • Expertise in Python, Kubernetes, MySQL highly desired. • Background in automation, Gitops, CI/CD beneficial. • Experience with project scale from small scripts to complex microservice projects required. • Thrive on systems thinking and building tools to support internal teams. • Collaborate within a team in a flexible environment inspired by Shape Up methodology.

Requirements

• Professional experience with Linux (5+ years), Kubernetes (3+ years), and AWS (3+). • High proficiency with Python and Bash; Java experience a plus. • Experience with automation, infrastructure as code, and configuration management. • 5+ years as an individual contributor on an IT operations or software engineering team where writing code was part of your role. • Any previous knowledge of Digital Asset Management (DAM) products, and other digital media systems and tools, is highly desirable.
