Description

β€’ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and client satisfaction. β€’ Understand client goals and objectives to provide tailored email marketing strategies that drive results. β€’ Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly. β€’ Comfortable pushing back on strategy to clients. β€’ Manage the marketing calendar, strategy and content for email campaigns. β€’ Create flow strategy and manage production. β€’ Utilize data and analytics to continuously optimize email campaigns, including A/B testing and performance tracking. β€’ Monitor Klaviyo deliverability metrics, list growth, account compliance. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (copywriting, design, paid media, store operations) to ensure a cohesive and successful marketing strategy. β€’ Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams to keep everyone informed about successful strategies, areas for improvement, calendar updates, and client feedback. β€’ Stay up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends, tools, and best practices. β€’ Identify areas for improving email marketing processes and strategies, sharing insights with the team. β€’ Identify opportunities of cross-sell or up-sell within eHouse.

Requirements

β€’ 2-5 years of experience in email marketing production and comprehensive campaign management. β€’ 2-5 years of experience working with a digital eCommerce agency. β€’ Strong analytical skills, proficient in A/B testing practices, with the ability to interpret data and implement actionable insights. β€’ Hands-on experience with Klaviyo. β€’ Understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. β€’ Expertise in email marketing best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, copywriting, and design. β€’ Ability to thoroughly audit a prospective client's strategy from start to finish. β€’ Familiarity with Lean Analytics and Continuous Growth models. β€’ Proven experience in managing multiple project deadlines and client workloads. β€’ Experience in managing medium to large email lists (100k+ subscribers) and driving revenue growth.
