📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted business partner working closely with Outsourced Services Line Leaders. • Collaborate with project managers focusing on resource capacity planning. • Allocate resources to projects and forecast new colleague qualifications. • Engage with leadership on staffing needs and employee development. • Assist in managing overall workforce planning by monitoring key metrics. • Document procedures, prepare reports, and facilitate training needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree. • 5+ years of project management experience. • Prior experience in a professional service organization, such as Consulting, Law or CPA firm. • Highly organized, capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. • Critical thinking and strong analytical skills. • Effective leadership, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills. • Experience with Runn.io software preferred. • Technical proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite or similar software applications.
