📋 Description

• Lead and develop a high-performing team. • Provide leadership, guidance, coaching, and development for team members. • Support business development efforts and nurture client relationships. • Manage complex workflows and ensure efficient operations. • Oversee accounting and program internal controls. • Lead quality control reviews of fund disbursement activities. • Prepare detailed deliverables and reports for review by Directors and Partners. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members. • Partner with internal tax professionals to oversee tax filings. • Maintain compliance with professional and firm requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or other related field. • 10+ years of previous accounting or finance experience. • 7+ years in a management or supervisor role. • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred. • 5+ years in a Consulting and/or Client Support role is preferred. • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in business and technical environments. • Technically proficient with software tools including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe).
