• Engage Prospective Clients: Promote and market KENTECH through persistent cold calling, emails, and other communication channels to prospective clients. • Needs Assessment: Assist clients with needs assessment and follow-ups, ensuring they understand the value of our offerings. • Value Demonstration: Demonstrate the value of our products and services via phone calls, email, LinkedIn, chatbot, and other social media platforms. • Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed quarterly KPI goals and maintain or exceed annual funnel goals. • Lead Qualification: Follow up on assigned inbound marketing leads, identify qualified opportunities, and educate, develop, and penetrate markets and qualified prospects. • Appointment Setting: Cold call into prospects generated by various sources and set appointments. • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with Senior Account Executives on target accounts and the marketing team on inbound and outbound marketing strategies. • CRM Management: Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in HubSpot, our CRM application. • Special Projects: Build awareness of special projects/events as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience coordinating sales functions, including prospecting and lead research. • A fearless approach to engaging new contacts daily. • High energy, dynamic personality with a sense of urgency and a strong commitment to teamwork. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Strong writing, speaking, and listening abilities. • Proficiency in email communication and inbox management. • A positive attitude and resilience in handling rejection. • Ability to develop rapport, influence others, and maintain strong working relationships. • Demonstrated ability to explain complex issues clearly. • Self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently. • Organized with attention to detail. • Capacity to handle rejection and persistently pursue leads through extensive cold calling and outreach activities, maintaining a positive attitude and motivation to achieve sales goals. • Aptitude for collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and account executives, to align strategies, share insights, and ensure a cohesive approach to lead generation and conversion. • Willingness to adapt to changing market dynamics, customer preferences, and sales strategies, while remaining agile in responding to feedback and adjusting tactics accordingly.
