📋 Description
• ElectronX is a new electricity market designed for risk management and monetization of power assets. • The Market Operations Associate will assist in market monitoring, surveillance, and operational support. • Help to build automated and efficient market operations systems. • Monitor real-time trading activity and market conditions. • Collaborate with Technology team to automate tools and improve processes. • Support daily operations and assist with participant onboarding. • Coordinate with Compliance on investigations and help prepare regular reports.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. • 2+ years' experience of operating in derivatives trading or related role. • Proven ability to deliver results in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. • Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, or related languages for automation and reporting. • Experience developing dashboards or tools for real-time monitoring and analysis. • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing scalable solutions. • Eagerness to work in a startup environment and contribute to a growing business.
