Description

β€’ Generate new deal leads and prospects via cold calling β€’ Actively manage assigned database ensuring all accounts are properly scoped and classified β€’ Develop and cultivate strategic relationships with prospects and clients β€’ Develop and implement sales strategy and tactical plan for maximizing deal flow β€’ Partner with cross functional teams in order to facilitate the execution of deals β€’ Perform modeling/forecasting, financial statement and cash flow analysis in order to determine deal feasibility and structure β€’ Price loans and leases and services using pricing model and prepare client proposals

Requirements

β€’ True hunter mentality; new business development focused β€’ BS or BA in business or related field required β€’ 5-7 years in complex B2B sales environment, preferably selling complex financial concepts/products or other intangible products/services. β€’ Experience selling in C-suite settings and influencing C-suite decision-makers strongly preferred. β€’ Demonstrated sales discipline and record of sales success and experience leading the successful acquisition of new business through a structured process β€’ Ability to travel at least 50% of the time within assigned (home) territory β€’ Preferred experience in a financial services, customer-facing commercial sales position β€’ Critical thinking - can offer creative solutions to meet client and prospect needs β€’ Drive results by successfully presenting to clients and senior management β€’ Proven ability to effectively interact at all levels of an organization
