Description

• The Onboarding Manager will oversee the end-to-end implementation and onboarding of Elevar’s SaaS product for new clients. • This role is pivotal in guiding clients through setup, integration, and activation phases, meeting their needs and expectations. • The ideal candidate will have experience in SaaS onboarding, project management, and technical implementation, with a strong focus on client success.

Requirements

• Manage end-to-end implementation of Elevar’s SaaS solutions with a team of Analysts, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. • Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and technical teams to define requirements and scope for implementations. • Work with Analysts to manage their work and effectively divide workload to maintain project efficiency. • Develop project plans, manage project timelines, and track progress against milestones. • Provide regular updates and status reports to clients, stakeholders, and Elevar management. • Identify and manage project risks, proactively addressing potential issues with effective solutions. • Lead client meetings and workshops to gather requirements and ensure buy-in and alignment. • Work with the product team to configure, customize, and integrate Elevar with third-party marketing platforms to meet client needs. • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reusable templates. • 5+ years in project management, client management, and technical implementation with SaaS solutions. • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and lead cross-functional teams. • Technical proficiency with SaaS platforms, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
