β€’ We are a dynamic and results-driven recruiting company dedicated to connecting top talent with the right employers. β€’ Looking for a highly motivated Client Acquisition & Account Manager to help grow our business by securing new clients, managing relationships, and ensuring coordination between clients and our recruitment team. β€’ Identify, reach out to, and engage with potential clients to offer our recruitment services. β€’ Conduct sales calls, presentations, and negotiations to close deals. β€’ Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. β€’ Serve as the primary point of contact for acquired clients. β€’ Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing excellent service. β€’ Maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. β€’ Facilitate final interviews between clients and shortlisted candidates. β€’ Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure they fully understand client requirements. β€’ Ensure smooth and efficient hiring processes by aligning client expectations with recruitment efforts.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in sales, client acquisition, account management, or recruitment. β€’ Extremely high agency – must be a self-starter who takes initiative and gets things done without being asked. β€’ Highly competitive mindset – driven to exceed targets and close deals. β€’ Strong negotiation and closing skills. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. β€’ Ability to multitask and coordinate between different teams. β€’ Experience in the recruitment or HR industry is a plus.
