β€’ While we support remote work, we are looking for someone based in Mexico with a strong understanding of the Mexico and other LATAM markets for this role. β€’ At ElevenLabs, we are pioneering voice technology with our cutting-edge research and products. β€’ We launched in January 2023 and have since reached over 1 million users globally and have partnered with the world’s biggest names. β€’ We closed our Series-C funding at a 3.3B valuation at the beginning of this year and are backed by the leading names in tech and AI. β€’ We are at an exciting phase of our growth and innovation and are looking for ambitious people to help us further push the boundaries of voice AI. β€’ As a FIRST Sales Development (Outbound) based in Mexico, at ElevenLabs you will play a crucial role in building an effective outbound sales strategy, whilst working closely with the Account Executives. β€’ We don’t just sell a product or custom-level solutions; we are partnering with enterprises to help them generate new experiences and monetisation opportunities at scale with our breakthrough voice technology.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ More than 2-3 years outbound B2B sales experience with a track record of securing new business meetings. β€’ Demonstrated ability to build Opportunity sized lead lists in new markets and categories β€’ Experience with full suite of prospecting tools β€’ Demonstrated ability to build, scale process β€’ Demonstrated ability to nurture a team β€’ Curiosity - asking insightful questions and developing solutions from a foundation of knowledge and insight. β€’ Self-motivated, thriving as part of a team while possessing the ability to stay driven and proactive independently. β€’ Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of leads. β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
