Description

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients, ensuring a professional and engaging approach. • Utilize HubSpot CRM to track, manage, and analyze leads and sales activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to identify and engage with potential clients in various industries. • Qualify leads based on established criteria, including needs assessment and budget considerations. • Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team. • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, improve outreach strategies, and share insights. • Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects. • Continuously monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize calling strategies and achieve individual and team goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in high-volume outbound calling, with a track record of meeting or exceeding call and conversion targets. Comfortable with 100 Dials a day. • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, including lead management, pipeline tracking, and reporting. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential clients. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. • Experience in staffing or recruitment sales is a plus but not required. • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for achieving sales goals.
