Description

• Jointly responsible for the commercial success of elho in Eastern Europe. • Point of contact for garden centers, DIY stores, Agents and distributors. • Visit existing and potential relations to achieve sales objectives. • Drawing up and executing the sales plan in collaboration with the sales manager. • Responsible for the annual budget in the assigned area. • Searching for and realizing new distribution channels. • Tracking and analyzing trends, market developments, and customer information. • Preparing for and participating in national and/or international fairs.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent work and thinking level. • Three to five years of successful sales experience within B-B retail distribution and preferably within the gardening or DIY industry. • Based in Germany or Austria and a good level of English (minimum B2). • Basic knowledge of category management is an advantage. • Strong network within the potential customer base is an advantage. • Knowledge of MS Office, such as Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint. • Driven candidate with a commercial and service-minded attitude. • Involved & reliable, enterprising, innovative, and result-oriented. • A true self-starter who can plan and organize well.
