Description

• Due to continued growth and the need to expand Elire’s Managed Services/Solution Center Practice, Elire is currently looking for a Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM Sr/Managing Consultant to join our Managed Services Oracle Cloud team • Daily responsibilities include : Managing a team of resources that support our Cloud ERP and HCM clients • Be the client-facing representative of Elire for our Cloud Managed Services area • Managing the daily ticket queue within the Elire Help Desk and assisting with the triage and delegation of the tasks to the appropriate team members • Conducting weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly (as-needed) client meetings to make sure their needs are being met and their tickets are being resolved in a timely manner • Conducting team meetings to help manage their workload and remove any blockers • Assisting an Elire Partner to create the yearly Managed Services Cloud budget • Assisting the sales and marketing team with any new prospects or RFPs

Requirements

• 5 plus years of experience in upgrading and/or implementing Oracle EBS Financials/HCM, Workday Financials/HCM or Oracle ERP/HCM Cloud as a Functional Specialist/Consultant • Experience should be across multiple functional areas such as General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Project Financial Management, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, or Accounts Receivables • Extensive experience in managing a pool of resources, gathering business requirements; performing functional fit/gap analysis; presenting best practices; creating current & future process flow diagrams; performing risk analysis; recommending solutions, alternatives & workarounds • Creating functional specs for tech team; configuring, creating testing strategies, test scenarios, & test scripts; leading all phases of the implementation/upgrade life-cycle • Needs to be an effective liaison between the client executive team, business analysts, and technical team • Works well with clients and other consultants • Able to effectively to deliver and express ideas to clients through presentations both in-person and virtually
