• Windward Consulting is at the forefront of Service-Centric IT. • We help our clients align IT environments. • Seeking experienced Enterprise Monitoring Consultant. • Lead assessment, analysis, and design of observability and monitoring systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years in monitoring using Enterprise monitoring tools, such as Dynatrace, New Relic, Datadog, Splunk, Broadcom DX NetOps, IBM Tivoli or similar. • Preferably experience and certifications in ServiceNow, such as CSA or CIS for ITOM Event Management, Discovery and/or Service Mapping. • 5+ years in support of infrastructure technologies, across cloud, networking and platforms. • 5+ years in Unix and Linux shell scripting • 3+ years in SQL query language experience • Enterprise Monitoring integration experience, with familiarity of technologies such as JSON, REST API, and yaml. • Preferably 3+ years in Java and Javascript focused on EMS development • Demonstrated ability to apply expert level technical writing and presentation skills to support creation and publication of project artifacts and documentation. • Preferably ITIL®V3 Foundation
