Description
• Elite Technology improves operational effectiveness for law firms aiming for profitability. • Seeking a Senior Application Consultant for consulting and training clients in legal software. • Focus on implementing and optimizing legal practice management software solutions. • Expertise in functional consulting, process design, and strong client engagement skills needed.
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in functional consulting, software implementation, or a related field, ideally within the legal or professional services industry. • A bachelor’s degree in business management, accounting, or equivalent experience. • Experience with legal practice management software system implementations (e.g., Elite Enterprise, Elite 3E) or similar ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio. • Experience with scripting languages such as SQL, TSQL, and ETL tools like SSIS. • Analytical and process design skills, including workflow process definition, modeling, and problem-solving. • A strong understanding of accounting principles and general ledger processes in a multi-currency, multi-unit environment. • The ability to map and follow transactions from inception to general ledger posting; experience as a Systems Accountant or similar role is advantageous. • Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, capable of effectively communicating technical and procedural matters to diverse audiences. • Functional leadership experience, collaborating closely with the customer and Solution Architects to fully understand “As Is” conditions and “To Be” requirements. • The ability to generate detailed and comprehensive functional design documents consumed by multiple downstream parties. • Expertise in generating and documenting detailed Use Cases to ensure that all scenarios are captured to meet each requirement. • A demonstrated ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships across teams and clients.
