Description

• The Senior Quality Assurance Practice Lead at Elite Technology will be instrumental in supporting quality assurance and testing strategies within the business. • This role demands a detail-oriented and self-driven individual capable of working both independently and collaboratively. • The successful candidate will handle various tasks, analyze relevant data, and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions. • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in relevant skills/tools, and the ability to effectively communicate complex information are essential for this position.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 7+ years of experience leading quality assurance and test automation initiatives in a SaaS environment. • Proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive quality assurance strategies across multiple teams or projects. • Expertise in designing and scaling test automation frameworks, tools, and processes to ensure product quality and delivery efficiency. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Ability to take ownership of QA processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and driving continuous improvement without direct supervisory responsibilities. • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and how QA integrates seamlessly within Agile workflows. • Experience with regulatory compliance and adherence to industry standards in software quality assurance is a plus. • Certification in quality assurance, test automation, or related fields (e.g., ISTQB, Certified Software Quality Analyst) is preferred.
