Description

• As a Solutions Consultant, you will be the technical expert supporting the sales team. • You’ll work closely with prospective clients, understanding their unique legal challenges. • Demonstrate how Elite’s SaaS solutions meet their needs, driving product adoption and success in a competitive market.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 5+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or technical sales, ideally in a SaaS or legal tech environment. • Strong understanding of legal industry workflows and challenges, with the ability to speak the language of legal professionals. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Proficiency with SaaS platforms, cloud-based solutions, and integrations (APIs, custom configurations, etc.). • Experience with legal tech platforms and software is a strong advantage. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about client needs and how to best address them with available solutions. • Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce.
