Description
• Elixir is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Technical Writer to join our Product Training Team. • This role will focus on creating user-friendly, humanized technical documentation that empowers our users to quickly adopt product features and provides clear, accessible information. • The Technical Writer will craft technical user guides, release notes, and installation guides, as well as collaborating with Instructional Designers on training-related resources. • Knowledge of adult learning principles and how they inform effective documentation is a key asset for this role.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Communications, Technical Writing, English, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in technical writing, with a focus on creating user guides, release notes, and installation guides for software or technology products
