📋 Description
• Oversee day-to-day operations of our platform (Shopify). • Manage product listings end-to-end, ensuring compelling descriptions, accurate pricing, and high-quality imagery. • Analyze sales data and key performance metrics to identify growth opportunities. • Work closely with marketing teams to execute high-impact promotional campaigns. • Collaborate with developers and designers to enhance site performance, speed, and mobile responsiveness. • Ensure a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience for customers. • Manage third-party integrations and tools to enhance customer experience and streamline operations. • Stay ahead of industry trends and implement best practices to drive continuous improvement.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a DTC environment. • Strong knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms. • Data-driven mindset with expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing. • Experience in digital marketing, SEO, and paid media strategy alignment. • Ability to analyze performance metrics and make strategic decisions. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote setting.
