Description
• Utilize extensive hands-on experience in Conversational AI to configure and build Voice AI agents for US financial institutions • Implement and test authentication and authenticated intents for voice transactions • Improve and maintain reusable templates and frameworks for voice AI projects • Train and certify a growing team of Voice AI implementation engineers
Requirements
• Experience as a Conversational AI SaaS vendor or consultant • Multiple Voice AI agents/bots released for customers • Hands-on knowledge and experience with conversational AI technologies and frameworks • Familiarity with best practices for Voice AI design, testing, integration, and deployment • Financial services SaaS and IT experience • Near-native US English proficiency • Optional: Spanish-language familiarity
