📋 Description

• Drive Financial Excellence for High-Growth Companies Worldwide • Handle high-stakes financial operations for global companies, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. • Be part of our client’s team as a Senior Accountant, where you will take charge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities. • Work closely with senior team members, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in accounting processes while handling multiple clients in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Provide accounting support to clients in coordination with senior team members • Record daily and monthly transactional activities, including journal entries and reconciliations • Prepare and analyze financial reports, schedules, and statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow) • Manage the month-end closing process and ensure accurate reporting • Perform general ledger activities and maintain accounting records • Reconcile bank, investment, and credit card statements • Oversee A/R, A/P, and bill payments to ensure timely processing • Coordinate financial reporting with third-party investors • Develop and maintain schedules for accruals and financial adjustments • Assist in budget preparation, cash flow management, and treasury coordination • Establish and improve accounting policies and procedures as required • Handle multiple clients efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Work independently while effectively communicating and resolving accounting challenges • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance • Strong background in accounting systems and general ledger management • Proven ability to manage financial reporting in an independent environment • Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation • Knowledge of consolidations and FX conversions is a plus • Proficiency in bank, investment, and credit card reconciliations • Familiarity with A/R, A/P, and bill payment processes • Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management • Ability to establish and refine accounting policies and procedures • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Capable of handling multiple clients in a dynamic environment • Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely with minimal supervision • Must be conversational in English for seamless collaboration
