Description

• Embroker is looking for a Senior Product Manager - Data to lead AI features development. • The role involves collaborating across teams to deliver compelling commercial insurance products. • Responsibilities include product strategy, UI design, and performance monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related degree; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • 7+ years of enterprise software product management experience • 3+ years demonstrated experience successfully translating complex business requirements into production-ready AI/ML solutions, with a proven track record of managing the full lifecycle of AI-driven features from conception to deployment. • Demonstrated expertise in data product development and AI/ML technologies, including implementing industry best practices and deploying production solutions. • Experience in delivering products that involve NLP and Data Modeling • Some knowledge of commercial insurance preferred but more importantly the attitude to learn fast and support the team • Experience with PAS (policy administration system) and digital insurance products is a plus • Strong understanding of core AI/ML concepts including natural language processing, machine learning models, and AI model deployment pipelines • Experience with AI model evaluation metrics, testing methodologies, and performance optimization • Proven track record of translating business requirements into AI-driven solutions and features • Understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements for AI systems • Ability to adapt quickly to changes in workflow or prioritization • Excellent written communication skills with a focus on translating complex issues into simple, easy to digest documents • Experience in Agile methodology • Ability to work cross culturally on a global team • Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Ability to perform at a high-level in a remote work environment
