β€’ We are seeking a skilled Customer Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. β€’ In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to drive engagement, retention, conversions, and bookings. β€’ We are looking for someone who is as skilled in directing strategy as they are in the hands-on execution of digital programs and campaigns. β€’ As Sr. Customer Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our Customer Success and Sales teams to better understand the Emburse customer and tailor our marketing to their needs, and work with our Product Marketing team to run product-lead campaigns to key customer cohorts.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 3-6 years of Marketing experience β€’ Proven track record in marketing or revenue-focused roles, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment β€’ Strong experience in supporting and executing full-funnel and multi-channel marketing campaigns β€’ Proficient in leveraging data to track campaign effectiveness, ROI, and optimize performance β€’ Experience with Drift, Mutiny, Goldcast, and Marketo β€’ Mindset geared towards continual improvement and optimization of campaign processes β€’ Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and resolve ambiguity quickly β€’ Passion for working with sales and customer teams to execute cross-functional campaigns β€’ Strong interest in engaging with and understanding customer needs to tailor campaigns effectively β€’ Experience working with stakeholders to coordinate campaign efforts β€’ Desire to make a significant impact and drive change through effective campaign execution β€’ Solutions-oriented mindset driven by curiosity to explore new campaign approaches β€’ Bachelor’s Degree required (Marketing or Business Degree preferred)
