Description
• Leads internal audit projects by reviewing risk within an assigned process, controls in place • Serves on large and complex operational audits • Provides guidance and support to other internal auditors within their own projects • Documents audit issues and collaborates with business partners to develop action plans that address control gaps • Participates in assigned corporate-level projects, including special audits and investigations to address emerging risks
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting, business administration, finance, insurance or related field, or equivalent relevant experience • Five years of experience in public accounting or internal audit, or related experience • Experience in property and casualty insurance or life insurance accounting, claims and/or underwriting preferred • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) • Related audit, accounting or insurance designation(s) preferred
