• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required). • 1–3 years of experience in sales recruitment, HR, or coordination roles. • Proficiency in ATS tools, MS Office Suite, and other recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. • A team player with a positive attitude and a candidate-first mindset. • Experience in high-volume sales recruitment or talent acquisition preferred. • Familiarity with employment laws and compliance standards preferred. • Knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies and tools preferred.
