📋 Description

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers • Manage correspondence with candidates and clients, providing timely updates and feedback • Provide support by arranging candidate calls or follow-up communications when required by the recruiter • Create, post, and manage job advertisements on various platforms to attract top talent • Assist in maintaining accurate records within our ATS as needed • Prepare reports and track recruitment metrics to support data-driven decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, with B2+ proficiency in both verbal and written English • Native or fluent proficiency in both Russian and Ukrainian is required • 1-3 years in a recruitment or HR support role, preferably within the iGaming, gambling, or tech sectors • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Proficiency with ATS systems (BambooHR preferably), recruitment tools • Able to work collaboratively with recruiters and hiring teams to achieve company goals • Comfortable in a dynamic environment and able to pivot quickly to meet client needs
