•Work closely with managers to understand hiring needs •Manage the full recruiting lifecycle •Grow and foster high-touch relationships with talent •Stay active with job boards and social networks •Develop and release job postings •Utilize innovative recruiting strategies •Screen resumes and manage candidates •Maintain a database of candidate records •Supply coaching and guidance to junior staff
🎯 Requirements
•1+ years’ experience in recruitment or human resources •Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills •Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Google Cloud Platform, ATS (Crelate), and internet search •Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems •Proven experience conducting several types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.) •Ability to work in a remote setting
