• 1+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience (sourcing, interviewing, scheduling interviews, tracking applicants, and extending offers) • 1+ year of project management experience, managing activities & tasks against a project plan • Strong passive candidate sourcing and candidate engagement skills • Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Experience building diversity recruitment strategies for experienced and entry-level recruiting • Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive decision-making • Proficient in Google Sheets and/or Excel • Ability to work outside normal business hours as-needed for campus recruiting events • Ability to independently manage your workload while supporting the larger recruiting team • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience with ATS navigation, data maintenance, and reporting • Experience ensuring that the recruiting processes and documentation comply with all EEO guidelines • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
