📋 Description
• Work closely with Recruiting Team to execute UX research projects • Manage between 5-8 recruitment projects simultaneously • Review project details and create a recruitment plan • Collaborate with clients to understand target audience • Write participant screener or provide recommendations • Use databases to find right people based on target audiences • Contact potential participants to schedule research sessions • Manage client expectations through proactive communication • Track participant attendance
🎯 Requirements
• 1-2 years of experience with coordination, scheduling and managing of internal and external resources or similar role • Preferred familiarity with market research studies, focus groups, UXR/user research, or design research • Superior organizational skills, unflagging attention to detail and demonstrated commitment to the accuracy and completeness of information • Service-oriented and responsive • Ability to independently manage priorities and communications in a high volume, client-driven environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and well-developed interpersonal skills • Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and time-critical environment • Exceptional time management skills • Quick learner and ability to multitask with minimal supervision • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
