Description

• Senior Software Engineer for palliative and hospice care technology. • Lead technical projects to improve seniors' lives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product improvements. • Identify and mitigate risks to technology roadmap. • Maintain strong relationships within the engineering team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Software Development, particularly in Back-End for healthcare. • Expertise in Python and Django. • Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure. • Strong understanding of relational database design, especially PostgreSQL. • Proficiency in complex state management systems. • Experience in diverse stakeholder environments. • Strategic thinker with accountability. • Passion for code quality and leading reviews. • Excellent communication skills in fast-paced settings. • Experience in high growth environments.
