• Our mission and where you fit in. • At Employment Hero, we’re an ambitious bunch of people on a mission to make employment easier and more valuable for everyone. • Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Accounts Payable (AP) Administrator plays a crucial role in the operations of the Finance team. • They will be responsible for assisting with aspects of the customer journey process: maintaining customer accounts, billing, direct debits reconciling customer payments and Accounts Payable process including coding of supplier invoices. • This is a full time position supporting the APAC timezone (7am - 4pm PH time, Weekday Day Shifts). • Handle internal and external customer queries. • Maintain organised financial records for auditing and reporting purposes. • Accurately enter financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets. • First-level review of expense claims and Work From Home claims to ensure they are in line with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of Account Payable experience in a regional / global role, preferably in a SaaS environment. • Strong experience with ERP systems such as Netsuite and SAP. • Experience with handling large sets of invoices. • A customer-centric and service-oriented mindset. • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision. • Have strong communication, accuracy, presentation, and listening skills. • Have strong written and verbal English communication skills. • Ability to manage your duties through wise planning and prioritisation. • A positive attitude and strong work ethic. • Previous experience dealing with customers and clients is essential. • Zendesk experience is an advantage.
