Description

• Serve as a senior internal stakeholder for marketing operations across the business. • Lead marketing operational planning, prioritisation, and project management for global OKRs. • Define and implement frameworks for marketing technology tools and operations. • Guide and support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) processes. • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to develop solutions aligned with business outcomes. • Partner with Revenue Operations and Data teams to enhance analytics, reporting, and dashboards. • Liaise with CEP and CRM specialists to ensure technical changes meet scope and requirements. • Optimise tracking, analytics, and attribution in collaboration with the Growth and Web Development teams. • Document and improve existing processes, ensuring scalability and compliance with data integrity and privacy standards

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in marketing or marketing operations, ideally within a high-growth SaaS environment • 3+ years of management experience • Specific demonstrated Salesforce experience at the custom object level • Demonstrated experience leading an international marketing operations function across multiple regions and product portfolios • A “marketing scientist” - a highly analytical and data-driven problem solver with a deep understanding of marketing analytics, metrics and the levers that drive go-to-market performance • Demonstrated experience designing a world class marketing technology stack • Demonstrated experience of enterprise B2B tools across CRM and Digital Marketing. • Data stack experience is highly desirable from a marketing data operations and analytics perspective • Detailed experience of Marketo, Braze is highly desirable
