Description

• We are looking for a highly motivated Partner Enablement Manager for the DACH region. • You will work closely with our Chief Growth Officer (CGO) and the Sales Team. • Drive the growth and success of the company's partner ecosystem. • Develop and execute enablement programs that equip partners with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to effectively sell the company's products and services. • This role involves developing comprehensive partner enablement programs, including onboarding, training, certification, and continuous learning initiatives. • Conduct regular training sessions for partners on product features, sales techniques, competitive positioning, and market opportunities. • Develop certification programs to validate partners’ knowledge and skills. • Analyze partner performance data to identify gaps and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. • Advanced degree or certifications in sales enablement or related areas is a plus • 5+ years of experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, business development, or a related field • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful enablement programs for channel partners or sales teams • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and indirect sales models • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English • Ability to develop engaging and effective training materials and programs • Strategic thinking and analytical skills to measure and improve enablement initiatives • Proficiency with enablement tools and platforms, CRM software, and Google Workspace • Nice to have Experience in the Commerce and MACH Alliances • Ability to travel as required to meet with partners and attend industry events
