• The Senior Analyst Taxation is responsible for the preparation of income tax accruals and income tax calculations and related filings for assigned entities. • The role is also responsible for coordinating and responding to tax controversy matters, including federal and state tax examinations and notice responses and documenting significant tax positions. • The role will require coordination and communication with other departments across the business.
• Bachelors of Science (or equivalent) in Accounting and/or Masters in Taxation • 2 - 4 years of experience in accounting for income taxes (either IFRS or US GAAP) and tax return compliance • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.) • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification, preferred • Execution orientated; results driven cross-functional approach • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Financial services and/or insurance tax and statutory accounting experience, preferred • SAP and/or Corptax experience, preferred
