📋 Description
• Ensure excellence in delivery for the entire Tax Filing organization • Oversee and manage the client delivery of tax filing • Ensure timely and accurate responses to clients and partner teams • Resolve escalations promptly and represent Tax Filing effectively in client meetings • Monitor and audit tasks to identify trends and improvement opportunities • Lead process enhancement efforts and drive positive outcomes • Develop, review, and communicate completion of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) • Educate clients and provide subject matter expertise for payroll tax filing • Mentor and develop managers and colleagues
🎯 Requirements
• 5 to 7 plus years payroll tax filing experience or a related field • 3+ years Payroll tax software experience • 3+ years client interaction and management experience • 5+ years people management experience • Experience leading managers and/or team leads • Display advanced understanding of payroll tax filing and knowledge of regulations and legislative requirements • Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Possess exceptional computer skills with current technical knowledge
