Requirements

• 10+ years in People/Human Resources in high-growth organizations • Deep understanding of recruiting and scaling human capital • Proven ability to build HR teams in Series B to C companies • Strong interest in marketplace operations • Experience with executive teams for strategic initiatives • Excellent cross-group collaboration skills • Ability to work independently in leading the People function • Experience managing direct reports • In-depth understanding of HR best practices and employment laws • Strong strategic thinking and communication skills • Experience with Google, Rippling, Sequoia Benefits, Lever, etc. • Knowledge of People Ops for international employees • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
