Description
• Ensure HR operations are carried on smoothly and effectively • Develop HR strategies and advise senior management • Manage programs and lead staff • Align HR needs with business objectives • Oversee HR initiatives and provide guidance • Communicate with labor unions • Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards • Handle grievances and disciplinary action
Requirements
• Experience as a HR director • Knowledge of the labour laws and screening • Familiar with MS Office • Great leadership skills • Effective communication skills • MA/MSc in Human Resource Management or a related field
