• Provide specialist insights within a multidisciplinary team to evaluate the current-state organization • Manage a portfolio of major projects in line with overall project management strategy • Lead the detailed design of projects within a transformational change program and manage their delivery • Identify and communicate the actions needed to implement the function's strategy and business plan • Develop and/or deliver budget plans with guidance from senior colleagues • Manage and report on performance within the department or area of responsibility • Evaluate the capabilities of staff within the department to identify gaps and prioritize development activities • Develop and manage the delivery of employee compensation structures and benefit programs • Lead the investigation and resolution of employee relations cases • Develop functional or operational policies and help develop policy frameworks for area of responsibility
• Master’s degree or equivalent level • Wide and deep experience providing expert competence (Over 10 years) • Experience of planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives as specified by more senior managers (Over 3 years)
