Description
• Management and development of human resources solutions to support USAID PSC positions • Implementing human resources programs including benefits administration, performance management • Direct a team of HR Specialists for employee relations, benefits administration
Requirements
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or other relevant degree • 12 years of work experience in Human Resources • 3 years of supervisory management experience • Experience in developing benefits plans and HR programs • Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws • Experience developing relationships with brokers for benefits programs • Experience hiring, managing or working with PSCs • Experience with computer systems, including web-based applications, Microsoft Office 365 • Ability to obtain a Public Trust
