Requirements

• 15+ years in Total Rewards and HR Operations, with 8+ years in a leadership role. • Proven experience in designing executive compensation and navigating complex compliance requirements. • Strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate business goals into impactful programs. • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to create compelling stories that connect with employees at all levels. • Passion for driving positive change, enhancing employee engagement, and building inclusive programs. • Adept at translating complex information into clear, compelling narratives for various stakeholders, ensuring alignment and driving engagement. • Demonstrates self-reflection and self-awareness of limitations. • Leads by example and drives the organization's performance with an attitude of continuous improvement by being open to feedback and self-improvement. • Attracts and recruits top talent, motivates the team, delegates effectively, celebrates diversity, and manages performance; widely viewed as a strong developer of others. • Creates a sense of purpose/meaning for the team that generates followership beyond their personality and engages others in the organization's greater purpose. • Passionate about driving efficiency with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering results in a dynamic environment.
