Description

• The Vice President of People will drive HR initiatives and talent acquisition strategies. • Will directly manage the core pillars of the People Team: HR, Talent Acquisition, and Culture. • Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organization’s goals and people strategy. • Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, and initiatives. • Administers human resource programs including onboarding, compensation, benefits, and training. • Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends to drive engagement. • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. • Facilitates professional development, training, and certification activities for HR staff. • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of progressive human resource management experience including 5 years in a Senior leadership role. • SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification is highly preferred. • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
